Christmas night was the best night of the year: the whole family got together to have the delicious dinner grandma made. But Tom and Peter wanted to make it even better: they wanted to meet Santa! They knew this would be hard, but they had a plan. First, they pretended to sleep while they waited for everyone to go to bed. After that, when they could no longer hear any noise, they walked to the fireplace as silently as possible. They placed transparent string with a bell in front of it. And then, they hid and waited. And waited, and waited... And they fell asleep.

And sleeping they were, sleeping behind a couch, when a bell woke them up: it was Santa! The plan had worked! But Santa didn't share this feeling of excitement. In fact, he looked worried. Tom and Peter didn't have time to react: a magical gust of wind carried them to his sleigh while Santa was explaining himself. He told the kids he didn't have time to stop in houses and meet kids, he had to deliver presents! So Tom and Peter witnessed his journey around the world.

Next thing they knew, their cousin Julia was waking them up, impatient: she wanted to open presents! Tom and Peter looked at each other, and decided that what they saw would be their secret.

 BOOK REVIEW: THE TURN OF THE SCREW The book I've read this Christmas is "The Turn of The Screw", a story with various film adaptations. Its author, Henry James, was considered to be among the greatest novelist by many. he died in 1916, with 51 books published. Here's my review - by Lucía WHAT IS IT ABOUT? 'The turn of the Screw' is a gothic and horror fiction book about a governess who convinces herself a remote country house is haunted, and tries to protect her children from the strange encounters. Review of the films "Fear Street"

FEAR STREET The trilogy "Fear Street" are three horror movies directed by Leigh Janiak, created in 2021. The main characters are Sarah Fier, played by Elizabeth scoped, and Kiana Madeira, Deena, by Kiana Madeira, Ziggy Berman, by Sadie Sink and Gillian Jacobs, Samantha Fraser, by Olivia Scott Welch, and Josh Johnson, by Benjamin Flores Jr.  The story is about a cursed village called Shadyside, in which many murders happen. In the first film, set in 1994, Deena and her friends try to kill the murders to end the damn, but they don't get anything, because they have to dig deeper to end it, so they go to the house of a person that will be very helpful, Ziggy Berman. here starts the second film, situated in 1978, in which Ziggy tells them a story that happened many years ago, in the Nightwing Camp, in which her sister, Cindy Berman, was murdered. Our tour guide is AMAZING and our hotel is right next to Times Square! On the afternoons, we just follow the group, since we’re already visiting the places we were planning on visiting on the morning tours. The worst was getting here, and going through customs, which was so annoying! I had to go help an elderly couple. When we got to the hotel, I was really tired, but mom and I couldn’t sleep much because of Jet Lag, so at 5AM we headed to Times Square, where we took a lot pictures, then we explored a small park at the bottom of Central Park. SHREK Shrek is an ogre who lives his day to day scaring away the villagers who come to his swamp in order to hunt him down. One day he meets a talking donkey running away from a group of guards, and when they see Shrek they run away in terror. The Graveyard Book (book review)

  THE GRAVEYARD BOOK ''The Graveyard Book'' is a book by best-selling author Neil Gaiman. I would describe it as a mystery and adventure book. I always love Neil Gaiman books, and this one was no exception Here's my review - by Lucía The book is about a boy being raised in a graveyard, while the man who killed his family is trying to murder him too. The boy is named Nobody (Bod, for short), and he lives a crazy life in the abandoned cemetery, with lots of adventures and rules he doesn't want to follow. The boy's mentor, Silas, is my favorite character since he is wise and I also love the way he is depicted: very dark. All of the characters have a lot of dimension, and are beautifully written. In the topic of writing: I love the way the book is written, and the research that was done for the ghosts is amazing, being taken into account that they all come from different eras and backgrounds.
